1. Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled prior to 24 hours, a full refund will be provided. However, if the cancellation occurs after the 24-hour mark, the price becomes non-refundable.

2. Free waiting charges for Airport pick-up: One hour of waiting time is included at no additional cost. Any additional waiting time beyond the one-hour mark will incur additional charges.

3. When changing the reservation date and time for a limousine, there’s a 100 SAR fee.
