Included Waiting Time – IMPORTANT:
Driver will stay the full included waiting time starting from the pickup time indicated above. If you need more time to meet your driver, please contact him/her in time (or reach our emergency number). Be aware that extra costs might arise if you require additional waiting time.
Driver will not go to any location that is not mentioned in your trip schedule.
Pickup & Drop-Off Waiting Rules:
There is a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, a penalty will apply for each additional minute of delay.
Chauffeur Services Booking:
The time for chauffeur services will start from your booking time. Any additional hours will incur an extra cost. If you do not use all your booked hours, there will be no refund for the remaining hours, nor will they be transferable to another day.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. This allows us to accommodate other customers. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost. Any cancellations within 12 hours will not be refunded.
Note: We do not provide refunds for any amount paid for our services. A Service Voucher will be issued for the amount paid and can be used for the same trip at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
